There is a considerable amount of traffic in Harlingen and when you consider the number of flights in and out of Valley International Airport it is hardly surprising. That is where much of the traffic is heading, although of course Harlingen itself has a population of 65,000 people and most of them travel by car too, so the roads can get pretty crowded. (more…)
